Jalashay believes in helping it’s customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours after placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been initiated.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the Jalashay, it’ll take 1-2 days for refund  process.
